We are a Veteran-Owned Carpentry and Builders' Hardware subcontractor located in Howard County, MD actively working in Maryland, DC, Southern Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia. Established in 1980, CHS has successfully completed a variety of projects ranging from office buildings and tenant fit out, to public and government facilities, to a variety of multifamily projects including rehab work, rental apartments, townhomes, single family homes and condos. We have worked for a variety of general contractors and completed projects ranging from $5,000 to over $900,000.
The services we offer include, but are not limited to, millwork, finish carpentry, rough carpentry and builders' hardware. Our carpentry and installation services are complimented by our ability to offer materials and a complete turnkey packages for doors & frames, running trim & pre-hungs, door hardware, bath accessories & mirrors, shower doors, ventilated wire shelving, toilet partitions, FEC, postal specialties, lockers, and numerous other division 10 products.
